Bayline Marine primarily operates as a boat brokerage service and does not directly ship or deliver any marine vessels listed on the website. All boat transactions are facilitated between buyers and sellers, and any arrangements related to transportation, delivery, or pickup of a vessel are the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Bayline Marine does not provide shipping services for boats and is not liable for any delays, damages, or issues related to vessel transport.

For merchandise and apparel available on baylinemarine.com, all products are fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand provider. Each item is made to order at the time of purchase, which means production begins only after an order is successfully placed. Because of this process, standard fulfillment times typically range from two to seven business days before shipment, depending on the product type and production demand.

Once an order has been fulfilled, it will be shipped using standard shipping methods provided by our fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery times generally range from three to ten business days within the United States, though actual delivery times may vary based on location, carrier performance, and seasonal demand. International shipping, if available, may take longer and is subject to customs processing times and local postal service conditions.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product type, and shipping method selected. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Bayline Marine is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, and any additional costs associated with reshipping an order may be the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, Bayline Marine is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. However, if an order appears to be lost in transit, customers are encouraged to contact us so we can assist in coordinating with the fulfillment provider and shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Claims related to lost or undelivered packages must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the expected delivery date.

In the event that a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, failure to claim the package, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped.
